How Does it Work?
We think you’ll love your new Avatar mattress, but we want you to buy with total confidence and to know that if you do not absolutely love your new Avatar mattress you can simply return it for a full refund.

Step 1:
Allow yourself 21 days to adjust to your new mattress. It typically takes at least this long to get used to a new sleep surface, especially if you’re new to memory foam.

Step 2:
If after 21 days and before 100 days, you still feel that the Avatar mattress is not right for you, call our customer service centre on 1300 112 337 or email them at support@avatarmattress.com.au and they will begin the return process. They will arrange a date for collection of your mattress. There is no cost to you for collection.

Step 3:
Once the mattress arrives back in our warehouse your refund will be processed. Refunds are initiated within 5 to 10 working days. All refunds will be processed through bank transfer only. It’s that easy!

Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your mattress arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and they will be able to arrange a replacement or refund of your mattress.
